Strengthen Your Stride: Our Romance With Running

In 2017, we introduced ourselves to the running community when we built the strength training program for one of our favourite half-marathons – the lululemon SeaWheeze.  We collaborated with lululemon to build their first ever app-based strength and mobility training for SeaWheeze participants, so we know what it takes to create a balanced running program.  Our training focuses on helping you feel great while performing your best – something we know is only possible when your body is strong, balanced and flexible.

Try one of our 5-minute MOVR Minis to ease into or out of your run, crush a 15-60 minute strength routine designed for lower body and core strength, or go the distance with one of our training modules to ensure you’ve got what it takes to cross your finish line.
